What Does Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Neck Indicate?

i started out 10 days agowith lower back pain thinking it was kidney infection. My pain is excruciating and moving upward now. I am bloated and feel like my throat is coming out of my neck. I went to the dr yesterday and had urine sample, conclusion was kidney infection. By last night my pain was out of control and went to the ER. blood was taken, urine sample and CT scan. The results were inconclusive. Got an antibiotic,Tylenol3 and pain shot. Today Im still in pain ,my whole back ,bloated and throat still feeling like its coming out of my neck.
