What Does Severe Pain In The Feet And Ankles Indicate?
Hello I have a question about my feet. My feet hurts really really bad my ankle, the side of my feet and now my left knee. When I get off from work the bottom of my feet hurts really really bad.I went to the doctor and she said it was plantar. They gave me some boots to wear at night time and she told me to roll my feet over a frozen bottle of water. Neither 1 helps. Could you suggest anything else that will possibly help me.?
