What Does Severe Pain Above The Navel And Constipation Indicate?
I am having awful pain in my stomach. It’s more intense when laying down especially on my sides. It kind if feels like I have the runs; but I don’t. I keep waiting to go to the bathroom, but nothing is coming. The pain is getting worse. I can’t touch my stomach from an inch or so above my belly bottom down.

The severe pain above the navel , can be acute gastritis or duodenitis with or without ulcer; pancreas disorders or others. A CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis is must to proceed for the root cause evaluation.
