What Does Retroverted Uterus In The Below Pelvic Ultrasound Report Suggest?

I had my pelvic ultrasound done 8 days after my period. Result is as follows:Retroverted uterus and bulky ovaries. Endometrium up to 19mm thick. What is this mean? And any suggestion on my next step of test or treatment plan. I am 42 year old with a 19 year old son.

Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

You have retroverd uterus that is normal.
Your endometrium thicknesses is 19 mm that is high.
It called endometrium hyperplasia.

Any drugs or hormonal immbalance may cause endometrium hyperplasia. If needed than take biopsy for histological proper diagnosis.

Consent a gynecologist for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
Thanks.
