What Does Redness In The Right Eye Indicate?

Trying to figure out if I m just dehydrated. Right eye has been red for about two months -am prone to dry eye. Eye drops do bring a tad of relief, but not for long. (Couple of hrs)have been Nasuas and dizzy all week. Thought it was just probably my sinuses. (Do have a regular annual ck up scheduled for Tuesday along with my annual eye ck up. How to determine if it s just dehydration?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned your eye redness and dryness do a physical examination and use drops as per exact findings only. Secondly you have nausea and dizziness feeling and it might be due to your middle ear problem so you can use any OTC nasal drops and visit your ENT doctor, and he will teach you about [Epley and Semont maneuvers]which you need to do regularly for relief.

Hope that helps
