What Does Recurring Pain Under The Rib Cage With Bruising Suggest?

I have a pain in left side under rib cage, swelling and the area appears bruised. These symptoms have came and gone in the past and have been accompanied with diarheaa and vomiting. This time the pain is worse but no diarheaa or vomiting. What could this be?

HI
Well come to HCM
Both the symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, and rib pain may not be related with each other, rib pain could be due to muscular spasm and diarrhea vomiting could be due to dyspepsia in both of these condition no need to worry about this, for the pain try to maintain good posture, and for diarrhea hydration is matters else this is self limiting, take care.
