General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If the blister like appearance is small and asymptotic then it can be Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful for this. You can also apply aloe Vera gel or tretinoin cream locally for this. If the blisters are associated with itching or burning sensation then it can be genital herpes. Acyclovir cream will be helpful in such case.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
