What Does Recurring Brown Discharge Post Treatment For Chlamydia Suggest?

Hi I recently got tested and I was positive for chlamydia & abnormal cells, so I was treated and noticed the difference. I made my boyfriend get checked and he s fine .. once we started having intercourse again I ve noticed the brown discharge come and go as it pleases and with cramps .. if it s not from him what is wrong with me?
