What Does Quickly Fluctuating BP Suggest?

My BP was 145/95, relaxed for about 10 minutes and was getting drowsy, so I checked it again and it had dropped to 66/45. I then re-checked because I ve never seen this type of reading on me and it spiked to 150/102. I use electronic wrist monitor. Is this something I should go to hospital for?

HI
Well come to HCM
It is most advisable to measure the blood pressure with Hg column sphygmomanometer and it need to be measure by Doctor it self, because if you are going to measure this on your own then chances of error would be very high, second you have not mentioned your age and gender here else I would have given some better advise, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
