What Does Purple Reddish Lump Near The Knee Suggest?

I have just noticed the underside of my thigh, on the inside, down near my knee has a blotch purple and reddish, Also there is a lump in the middle of this. Not painful, but some discomfort when I presss on the lump and its now beginning to ache a little.

Hi ,according to your description it can be keratosis,naevus,warts,subcutaneous horn, there can be many skin or surgical possibility. So doctor needs to see it by his naked eye only then n then will be able to diagnose. I think u should go first to surgeon and then dermatologist if there is no surgical possibility.
