What Does Pulling Sensation In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

I have very low, right side abdominal pulling sensation X3 days and slight nausea. It s very low and almost to my groin. I have no fever and a bloated sensation. I have a history of polycystic ovarian syndrome, still have my appendix, and a hiatal hernia. Also consistently having the feeling I have to defecate, though it s not loose.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Pulling sensations in abdomen with nausea are commonly seen with intestinal infection.
But since you are having ovarian cyst, appendix and hernia, any of these can also cause similar symptoms.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination and ultrasound examination of abdomen to find out the cause.
Treatment for each disease is different.
So first diagnose and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
