What Does "probable Atypical Hemangioma" On Spine MRI Report Mean?

What does "probable atypical hemangioma" on spine MRI report mean? Does it mean that whatever found on MRI is most likely common, benign atypical hemangioma or something more suspicious such as cancer? I tried to ask the radiologist directly for the clarification but he wouldn't talk to me directly. My doctor says why not the bone density scan recommended by the radiologist? If only remote chance of cancer or other abnormality exists, I do not want to put so much radiation in my body.
