What Does Presence Of Fibroid Densities In Upper Lung Field Mean?
I have a friend who had his xray result this morning....the findings include fibroid densities seen in right upper lung field....conclusion is PTB,,,, is there another diagnosis that can be considered for his case? and does that mean his TB is on active stage?

As per fibrosis upper zone xray there are many difrential diagnosis'
1. Tb
2.AS
3.sarcoidosis
4.Silicosis
5.esinophilic granulomas
It does not mean TB is active
