What Does Posteocentral Disc Protrusion At T11/12 Indenting The Thecal Sac And Touching The Spinal Cord Suggest?

My MRI scan shows posteocentral disc protrusion at T11/12 indenting the thecal sac and touching the spinal cord but no oedema of the cord there were changes of lumbar spunbe with diffuse disc and facet joint hypertrophy between L2 to S1 there is is possibly mild impingement of the left S1 nerveroot and a small nerve sheath perineural system or schwannoma of the right S1/2 exit foramen
