Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your clinical history is concerned with a physical examination by a gastroenterologist and do an endoscope examination. He might have a congenital defect like (hypertrophic pyloric stenosis) and if confirmed its treatment is surgical. So nothing to be worried at all and it is a minor surgical procedure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Saho
