What Does Persistent Pain Under The Ribs And Elevated WBC Count With A History Of CLL Indicate?

I am a cll patient and also suffer from IBS. The last month, I have been feeling more and more pain under my left rib cage. I have thought it was beacuse of the IBS, but now I am beginning to think it could be a swollen spleen, as my last white count was 66,000. I do have an appointmentment with my oncologist in a month, but should I push up the appointment?
