Hi Doctor,
I am relatively healthy male, aged 53 who works in an office. I don't play sport anymore but walk every day for at least 30 minutes. I am a widower and live alone. I don't cook often so I don't eat enough fresh vegetables but I eat fruit every day, fish and chicken a couple of times a week and take plenty of vitamins, and drink regular smoothies enriched with superfoods, fruit and vegetables. Lately I have noticed that I am passing stools after every meal, often within about 10 minutes of eating. I don't feel sick or lethargic at all. I have long had problems with insomnia, combating stress, anxiety, poor self-esteem and depression. But the passing stools after meals is my main worry at the moment.
