What Does Painful, Growing Bump On Buttocks Oozing Blood Mean?

Recently I have found a weird lump on my butt, and at first I ignored it but then a couple days ago, I saw it getting bigger and bigger and it hurt so bad if I would touch it, I would always sit on my other side, and today I went to sit on the toilet and a bunch of blood just came popped out of it, it looks horrible, I dont know what to do.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and might be having forming abscess producing swelling, throbbing pain.
you might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5-7 days.
If there is already pus formation, it might require excision and drainage of pus.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
