General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To rule out any organic cause for pain if present, USG (Ultrasonography) abdomen scan is useful.

Rule out history of trauma or any unaccustomed work if present (musculoskeletal pain can be ruled out if needed, according to history by local x-ray)

According to cause, specific treatment can be given. So, investigate with the above reports. Also, consult the physician for examination and according to examination if needed, further work up can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
