What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Face Indicate?

I have been doing coke most weekends over the last few years but lately I’ve been getting a severe pain on the right side of my face from my front teeth to my right nostril to my right eye it’s unbearable is something damaged my eye and nose continues to water and pain is unbearable should I seek help I’ve noticed a scab on my inner rift nostril that’s not healing
