General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned chest pain has many pathological causes so a precise diagnosis is required.so visit your Doctor now, and he will do a clinical examination now and will advise you an ECG and chest X-ray and if anomalous ST segment detected in ECG then go for an [Angiogram] to rule out any blockages. In chest pain due to angina you will get Pain in your arms, neck, jaw, shoulder or back accompanying chest pain, Nausea, Fatigue, Shortness of breath, Sweating during pain, Dizziness etc.

Hope that helps
