Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had spontaneous foot pain on the top of my foot suddenly. It was crippling and I couldn t walk. It lasted for hours. I took a few remedies and rested and it eventually went away. I will by flying out this week to far places and wondered what to do if it happens again on my trip? I do not know why it was suddenly painful and why it swelled up. The only reason I can think of is I was working in the garden barefoot and may have stepped on some rocks. They weren t sharp but a little bumpy. Can you suggest any answers?
