Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Pain related to
carpal tunnel syndrome is caused from local nerves damage and inflamation, it is usually located in hand and fingers, but it might also radiate to the arm and neck if not treated.
This pain in biceps area, shoulders and neck might also be related to rotator cuff injuries such as
tendinitis which refers to irritation of the tendons and inflammation of the bursa lining these tendons, or also a
rotator cuff tear which happens when when one of the tendons is torn.
The rotator cuff problems are commonly caused from the overuse and injuries.
You should consult a doctor for a physical examination, and you might needt to perform e MRI of the rotator cuff to tup the right diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can use
Ibuprofen 400 mg thre times daily, and paracetamol+codeine twice daily for pain relief.
Other options of treatment are also
physical therapy and rest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
