Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query, you have symptoms of pain in the temple area and ears which seems to be due to infected tooth leading to facial space infection and could be due to Eustachian tube dysfunctioning leading to pressure build up.

I would suggest you apply dry warm compresses on the external ear. Do warm saline gargles, and consult an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, once for the proper checkup.

The Doctor may order IOPA (Intraoral periapical radiograph) and may prescribe antibiotics like Gentamicin along with anti-inflammatory medications to subside infection. Avoid excessive use of mobile from that side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
