Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are two possible diagnoses you may have. First of all you may have the same situation as last month and it may be intestinal obstruction. According to your medical history you may have predisposition for obstruction. Secondly there might be cholecystitis and/or cholelithiasis. To determine the cause you need to do an ultrasound and a biochemical blood work.

Take care.

Hope I clarified your concern.

Best regards.
