What Does Pain In The Right Testicle Indicate?

I have a random zap/shock pain targeting my right testicle. I woke up this morning after having some pretty intense sex the night before. I ve never experienced anything like this before. It comes out of nowhere and has dropped me to my knees in pain. It s a quick jolt and goes away. Not really sure what to do. No swelling or lumps just pain.
