What Does Pain In The Right Arm And Chest Indicate?
Hello, I am in my early 50 s and I have been having right arm pain and severe heart pain. I do not know if it is just anxiety, because I am always worrying about everything, or could be something more severe. I looked up signs and symptoms of heart attack but am still not sure f it could be anxiety or heart problems.

welcome to hcm ...heart related pain is usually associated with nausea vomitting and is exertion or cold induced ...but as sometimes it is difficult to distinguish from anxiety so please go for ECG and BP checking ..if these are negative then you should be see psychiatrist for management of anxiety ..
