What Does Pain In The Lower Pelvic Area Indicate?

I went to my doctor yesterday for pain in the low right front of my body thinking either uti or bladder infection. they did a urine test and nothing came of it. Pain was gone. the pain is back again. when I press on the pain, it goes away. they checked me for appendics and nothing. no idea what it could be. It comes and goes do

2.chances of being bladder calculi
3. look for any blood in urine also
