What Does Pain In The Lower Arm Indicate?

Hi, I used to workout everyday with heavy weight back in my college days. I took a few years off and back in the gym lifting again...not heavily but light to keep tone. I m now in my 40s and experiencing frequent snaps in my right tricep when i stretch my arms out and pain in my lower right arm. Could this be a potential bicep tear from working out with the weights again? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Biceps tear is a clinical condition where you get frequent pains along with swelling and tenderness in the part of the body. Since, so long you had left your gym work it requires little time for you to get accustomed to working.

You can take painkillers to decrease your pain. I would recommend T. TRAMAZEC morning and night after food for 5 days. You will feel better.

Start your gym work day by day in increasing trend and don't do heavy weight lifting.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
