What Does Pain In The Groin Area Indicate?

Hi I ve had pain in my right groin near my abductor muscle and bottom of my abdomen wall. I ve had countless ultra sounds and MRI s taken. They have sent me to physical therapy 2 different times ten sessions each over 10weeks each time. This has been going on for over 2 years. Is there anything you recommend me try doing. I m young only 25 and tired of this pain.
