What Does Pain In The Groin Area Indicate?

37 year old white female 6 days post C section (first birth), positive for Factor Five, on Lovinox Sq qd. Has increased swelling of extremities, incision, groin and thighs with echymosis of the groin area. Becoming more difficult to walk and move C/o of pain the left groin. Are these sx normal in some cases or is this a concern with the Heperin therapy?

This is concerning and you should see your obstetrician that did the C-section as soon as possible. If that is not possible you need to go to emergency or urgent care and see a doctor today.
