What Does Pain In The Groin Area Indicate?
I have pain in the groin area. It doesn t appear to be the testicles but somewhat to the side of the scrotum and inward. There are no spots that I can find that are uncomfortable or that hurt to the touch. I have been checked for hernia. The pain, on several occasions, was so servere that the only way I was able to move was to drag my left leg a few inches at a time.

In my opinion, you should get done ultrasound examination of the abdomen to rule out internal abdominal pathology.
Enlarged abdominal lymph nodes, colitis, enteritis, cystitis can also cause similar symptoms. So get done ultrasound abdomen.
