What does pain in the feet indicate?

Sensitive skin top of feet, started on left foot first. male 57. blanket or sheet laying on feet hurts. no visible rash, no spider bites, no bug bites, no chemical exposure, no recent accidents. Started early December 2017, affects both feet now. No changes of laundry soap, or change of sock styles, no new shoes recently. I do take several meds. Methotrexate, sub cu, for RA, atenolol, high blood pressure, levothyroxine, damaged thyroid, various vitamins, cytolopram for depression.
