General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You did not mention your past history; do u have hypertension? It seems that pain is of cardiac origin if not relieved by antacids. Looking at your age, ECG and echocardiography should be done.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
