What Does Pain In The Buttocks Indicate?

Hi I am getting pain in my lower back buttockks and down my legs which seem to get worse when im due my period also my period is very heavy bleeding with large clots the pain in my lower back buttocks and legs mean i find it difficult to turn over or get up when in bed and difficult to walk especially first thing in the morning do you think i have any thing to worry about would these pains be related to my periods

it can be fibroid uterus. get checked by gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.other possibility is pivd lumbosacral spine for which mri be tan and consult neurosurgeonforexamination of report and advise on treatment if requered surgery. use hard bed.
