What Does Pain In The Breast On The Right Hand Side Indicate?
Please Doctor, One of ma breast is hurt and which is ma right hand side And it from the breast down to the west. And last month I experience heavy hurt before ma menstruation That was all over ma body, but worst of it is ma stomach was heavily hurt After ma menstruation, i now hv some wond in ma private part. 1) Do a clinical examination by your family Doctor and to rule out other pathological causes you need few investigations like [Ultrasonography (USG) with Mammogram on breast and USG whole abdomen].
2) If you take birth control pills, skipping the pill-free week or switching birth control methods may help breast pain symptoms. But don't try this without your doctor's advice.
3) You need prescription medications after investigations only. Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this:
a) Use hot or cold compresses on your breasts.
b) Try to wear a firm support bra, fitted by a professional if possible. Wear a sports bra during exercise, especially when your breasts may be more sensitive.
c) Do relaxation therapy, which can help control the high levels of anxiety associated with severe breast pain.
