What Does Pain Between The Shoulder Blades And Neck Indicate?

Been having pain between shoulder blades and neck right side got home layed on bed got up and right leg cramped up charley horse pain in neck and shoulder gone its been 2days and now my right leg hurts to walk and my foot is Ice cold I have had a few DVT s in the past. but nothing like this I have been in pain since I had my surgeries in 2010 I only take OTC meds daily some say I take to much but I cant take the meds the doctor give me they give me headaches and blure my vision,

I suggest you to use:
-Anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen three times a day
-Ointments that contain anti-inflammatory medications
-Warm compresses
-Warm showers
