What does pain below the throat indicate?

I have a chest pain just below my throat. It is there most of the time. But my breathing is absolutely normal. I sometimes go for walks between 30 min to an hour in the morning. Sometimes in the evening too. Can you tell me what’s causing this pain.

Dear pain at suprasternal area or upper chest may be due to
1. GERD
2 .substernal thyroid
3. acute thyroiditis

5. Bronchitis/larngitis

Dear until examination it is difficult to say what it is. Consult your physician and get ECG and cxray done. Get treated accordingly.

Take care.
