I have been having pain of one of my knees (below kneecap) for the past 2 weeks and it has become progressively difficult to do major bending including taking the steps. Today, the other knee started to have pain. There has been no recent injuries. This is random. I am a 43 yo female.
You have problem of pain below knee that may be because of inflammation of bursa or injury to tendon or other reasons.
Mention any swelling present or not.. What is colour of skin over knee area.. Intensity and duration of pain help in diagnosis. Consult a doctor for clinical examination of knee area. X ray of affected knee area helpful for diagnosis. Treat underling cause.
