What Does Pain Around The Gallbladder Area Indicate?

I had my gall bladder removed 35 years ago. But have had noticeable lower level pain with crystals passing once in a long time, less than once a year. Feel low level pain similar to a gall bladder attack, then sometimes acually feel something move and the pain is gone. Is this a concern still?
