What Does Pain And Discomfort In The Left Arm Indicate?
I am having pain and discomfort inside my left arm. I am feeling like electric shocked whenever I m trying to stretch my arm. During sleep it is not like that (normal). But when arm is engaged in little activity or movement feeling pain & discomfort. It is occurring since 4 days after I woke up in that very morning. What can I do?

It seems like a nerve pain may be due to a awkward sleeping posture.
Dont worry as it is normal many a times.Please be comfortable and engage in normal physical activities as it goes away normally.
How ever if it persists for few more days and increases in intensity we have to investigate.
More over a normal analgesic tablet is good enough,I am not sure whether you had similar instanses in past?
