Hello,

Orange spots in the Enfamil milk powder may suggest the powder can no longer be used. If you had not noticed this spots when you first opened the formula but they appeared recently, it may indicate fungal overgrowth or decomposed powder. You may taste it once to be sure. It's better not to use such powder but buy a new one for the baby.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
