HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There are many causes of opacification seen on chest X ray. These causes are :
1.     Infection of the Lung
2.     Fluid ( either water or pus or blood ) accumulation in lungs.
3.     Interstitial lung disease
4.     Tumors.
With a history of cold and loss of voice the chance of infection is high. But if your loss of voice is still persisting then the chance of tumors is high.

So it is better you repeat the X ray and if still opacification is present better get a HRCT scan of chest done.

Hope this information is useful to you.
Any clarification feel free to ask.
