hi ! My semen culture report is as under:- Result : normal meatal flora. Gram Stain : Gram positive cocci. Media used for Culture : Blood & MacConkey Agar. Temperature of Incubation : 37 °C. Duration of Incubation : 48 Hours. Conditions of Incubation : Aerobic. Result : Normal meatal flora . Pl advise is it OK or otherwise?
