What Does Non Gravid Anteverted Uterus Mean In The Following Result?

What is the of non gravid anteverted uterus measuring 9cm x 6cm in size with heterogeneous myometrial echotexture harboring two posterior wall hypoechoic uterine fibroid measuring 2.3cm x 2cm and 2cm x2cm in size respectively. Normal midline echo and endometrial plate thicken 8.5cm. No fibroid mass lesion seen

Non gravid anteverted uterus- no pregnancy in the uterus at this time. Anteverted uterus means that it is tilted or slanted forwards.

Two fibroids were seen, one measuring 2.3 cm by 2 cm and the other 2cm by 2 cm.
Fibroids are benign (non cancerous) growths of the muscle part of the uterus.
