I had a transvaginal ultrasound done, what does these readings mean?
Uterus size 9.1x4.1x5.0cm volume 97.7cc position Anterior
Endometrium thickness 12.3mm
Right Ovarie 3.1x1.7x2.6 VOL. 7.1cc
Left Ovarie 2.1x1.3x1.8 Vol 2.6cc
No free fluid found in cul de sac

Hi..Welcome to HCM..It indicates a normal pelvis scan in the secretory phase ie., before mesnstruation..
Free fluid in the cul de sac indicates mild to moderate inflammation..
