What Does Nauseous And Numbness In Upper Lips Imply?

I have been nauseous and what I call a hang over feeling for months. Foggy, I'm dizzy and exhausted. I have sinus pressure but no real drainage to speak of. This morning my nose, front teeth and upper lip are numb. My doctor has no answers please help!

These could be nonspecific type of symptoms, may not need any treatment but of course you need to control your thoughts and keep the stress level low, try to be happy and cheerful, stop paying attention toward what happening to you, take care.
