Hello

Your findings suggest excess protein in urine.
It need clinical correlation and further investigations.
It may be due to many reasons like glomerulonephritis, chronic hypertension, chronic diabetes mellitus etc.
You may need routine hemogram, fasting and postprandial blood sugar, complete renal function test(include serum urea, creatinine, creatinine clearance,GFR,24 hour total albumin in urine, etc).

You may need diet regulation and may need to take medicines.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

Take Care
