What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?

I am a male age 58 and was having an urge to urinate even right after going. I thought it was probably a UT infection but went to clinic last night. Got a urine analysis and I had a high (3+) amount of blood in the urine but white counts were good, in fact every thing else was normal. What does this mean? Should I go get other tests and if so what?
