What Does My Urine Routine Analysis Indicate?

I AM 50 YEARS OLD FEMALE, MY URINE ROUTINE ANALYSIS SHOWS: PUS CELLS : 30-35/HPF EPITHELIAL CELLS : 10-12/HPF RED BLOOD CELLS : 6-8/HPF CASTS : NOT SEEN CRYSTALS : CALCIUM OXALATE BACTERIA : PRESENT CALCIUM OXALATE :PRESENT 1-2/HPF Need your valuable suggestion about treatment.

Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis:

Normal urine analysis is below:
Pus cell: up to 5 cell/hpf____________30-35___infection
epithelial cells: ≤15-20 epithelial cells/hpf_10-12__normal
RBCs:≤2 RBCs/hpf__________6-8_______heamaturia
Bacteria: none______________present____infection
Crystals:Occasionally_________normal

So your report suggests you have severe bacterial infection of urinary tract.
I advice you to consult the MD physician and go for urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity.
Meanwhile you can take:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium, syrup cital, tablet pyridium.
Then antibiotic according to test report to prevent the recurrence and complete cure of infection.
Drink plenty of water and fruit juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Repeat the urine test and culture 14 days after treatment.
